By accessing or using codecloud ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. Codecloud is operated independently and is not affiliated with OpenCode or Anthropic.
codecloud provides a cloud-based API for running AI coding agents on your GitHub repositories. The Service allows you to:
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, API keys, and any actions taken under your account.
The Service requires you to provide your own API keys for third-party LLM providers (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google). You are responsible for:
Your API keys are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption and are only decrypted when needed to execute agent runs.
By installing the codecloud GitHub App, you grant us permission to access and modify repositories you have authorized. We will only access repositories you explicitly grant permission to, and only for the purpose of executing agent runs and creating pull requests. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to grant this access to repositories you connect.
You agree not to use the Service to:
AI-generated code is provided "as is" without warranty. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating any code generated by the Service before deploying it to production. codecloud is not liable for any bugs, security vulnerabilities, or damages arising from the use of AI-generated code.
codecloud offers subscription plans with monthly or annual billing cycles. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Usage limits (such as monthly agent runs) are tied to your subscription plan. Exceeding these limits may result in restrictions until your next billing cycle or until you upgrade your plan.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.
You retain all rights to your code and repositories. Code generated by the Service on your behalf belongs to you. The codecloud name, logo, and Service infrastructure remain the intellectual property of codecloud.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless codecloud from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
